February 14th, 2010 Posted in 123 Triad

The Buffalo Gap Historic Village preserves and presents the history and heritage of the Texas frontier. The Buffalo Gap Historic Village is an award-winning living history museum which brings the West Texas Frontier alive with over a dozen original buildings and scores of historical artifacts. With their sound wands, you can customize your own tour of the premises.

The buildings and other facilities of the Village can be rented for special events such as meetings or parties. The Nazerene Church is an especially popular setting for modern weddings. Recently, they celebrated their 50th anniversary, with the grounds in the stillness of the evening providing a unique environment for quality dining and entertainment, as photos
taken during the event will attest. Their Village Gallery provides a modern, indoor facility for group meetings or classes.
